Enjoy a peaceful holiday setting just beyond the lively town of Nerja, where rural calm blends effortlessly with easy access to local amenities. This welcoming villa is a great option for couples or families looking to relax in privacy while staying close to shops, restaurants, and the coast.
The property is located in a quiet semi-countryside area approximately 2 km from Nerja, surrounded by open landscapes that create a restful atmosphere. Within walking distance there is a traditional bakery as well as two nearby restaurants, Axarquía and Almazara, while a Lidl supermarket can be reached in about 1 km. The villa is enclosed by characteristic white walls, offering a comfortable level of seclusion, and provides private parking for up to two vehicles.
Outside, the villa offers generous space to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. A large terrace wraps around the house, and the private swimming pool (8m x 4 m, with a maximum depth of 2m) is ideal for cooling off and keeping younger guests entertained. At the front of the villa, a covered terrace with elegant arches offers a shaded spot to relax also featuring a barbecue area with a bar, perfect for leisurely outdoor meals. In addition to the pool and terraces, guests can enjoy a table tennis table, adding a fun activity for families and groups. The villa is well cared for and ideally positioned for guests who value tranquillity without feeling remote.
