Good location and clean, for the most part. (Bathroom rug full of some kind of hair) Couldn't turn on gas fireplace or TV upon arrival. Called the # provided for help and was on hold for 30 minutes. (not an exaggeration). Hung up in complete frustration. Email from vacasa said parking was by permit only although no permit was available, showed up 24 hours later after maintenance came to fix the fireplace. Microwave is temperamental. Works some times....even when the door is open!!! Other times, took several attempts for it to kick on. When booking, it is noted that there is a hot tub on the premise, no idea where that might be, no signs and clearly no one at vacasa to call and ask. Paint on walls is peeling and bring ear plugs. Bedroom is on the entry side and can hear neighbors coming and going all night. AND please note to future renters, this condo is on the 3rd floor, no elevator option. This is all petty stuff but Vacasa charges a lot and needs to be held to a higher standard.
