The apartment has centralized air conditioning and heating, ensuring a stay with maximum comfort, and completes the equipment with a Smart TV, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, and dryer.



The urbanization has a fabulous pool where you can cool off and sunbathe peacefully (the pool is open all year round, but opening hours may vary depending on the month. Please check upon arrival).

It has a parking space, accessible through the building's own elevator, essential as it is a very busy area during practically the entire season. In case you do not have a vehicle, bus stops are located just a few meters away, as well as taxi services. A few meters from the apartment, you also have the commuter train, which will allow you to travel along practically the entire coast, from Fuengirola to Málaga, passing through Benalmádena or Torremolinos. This train also stops at the Airport, making travel even easier for travelers.
