This spacious 123 m² detached house is quietly located in 18356 Fuhlendorf by the Bodstedter Bodden, on a 670 m² plot with a sheltered southwest-facing terrace for your exclusive use. Fuhlendorf lies opposite the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula and is an ideal base for hiking and cycling tours.
With its generous layout, the holiday home is perfect for 2 to 6 guests. It sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The fully fenced garden (fence at least 1 meter high) offers safety for children and dogs. The conservatory with underfloor heating can be enjoyed even in winter.
The open kitchen with dishwasher and adjoining dining area is fully equipped. On the ground floor you’ll find a storage room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, plus a bathroom with shower. Upstairs are three bedrooms and another bathroom with shower and bathtub overlooking the Bodstedter Bodden. Two bedrooms have double beds (180x200), the third has two single beds (90x200) and a cot (70x140). Each bedroom has wardrobes.
Relax in the garden with a large terrace, garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. You can store your bikes in the lockable garden shed. All windows and the terrace door have insect screens. Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available. A wallbox charging station for your electric car is available (for an extra charge). There are two parking spaces.
This is a non-smoking house. Dogs are welcome. Within walking distance: butcher, bike rental and village shop. About 600 meters away you’ll find a swimming spot and a dog beach at the Bodden.
