The service in this hotel is impeccable. Also, since the hotel is on the higher floors of a highrise building, the hotel offers a fantastic view of Tenjin area and if you are higher floor you can also see the hakata bay. Lobby and lounge has a place for guests to sit and enjoy that view too. The access to the public transportation is fantastic as the hotel has a lift that goes straight to the basement which connects directly to the Airport Line subway. Nanakuma line is also accesible through the underground shopping street. Plenty of choices within short walking distance for shopping and restaurants in the vicinity.

房間乾淨整潔

飯店位置方便有電梯直達天神車站閘口層，房間雖然不是非常大，但足夠打開兩個行李箱，且浴室的浴缸與淋浴是分開的，不是像有的小飯店淋浴是站在浴缸內，有Lounge給住宿的旅客享用簡單的飲料與小餅乾，非常不錯。

レセプションの対応がいまいちでした。 夜間遅い時間に時間のかかる手続きを求めたお客さんに2人で右往左往しており、ほかにお客様もいない中で10分以上待たされました。 施設が立派なだけにオペレーションの質の向上を図っていただきたいと思います。

オープン日に試しに宿泊してみました。 ロビー前のオープンテラスやロビー奥のレストランからは地上１９階の１８０度街中パノラマの絶景、ホテルスタッフからは十分なホスピタリティが受けられます。ラウンジもちょっとした軽食や飲み物(アルコール類は有料)もあって満足でした。 気になった点は窓からの騒音で、夜中まで部屋にたびたび車の音が響いて来ます。また、ワンフクオカ側の部屋からはアチラの視線も気になって、窓のスクリーンは中々開けられません。 福岡天神中心部のホテルとしてはザ・リッツ・カールトン、ワン・フクオカに次ぐ第三極といった感じで、お勧めしやすいホテルではあります。
