Great location, few blocks from Hakata Station Front desk receptionists are professional and helpful. Clean is clean and up to date. Only gripped is the breakfast offered. Food selections are not appetizing, made the wrong choice of getting breakfast on our last day. Otherwise, i enjoyed staying and would want to come back again.

Great stay!

Excellent stay. Lots of positives: 1. Location is very close to Hakata station. From there you can pretty much go anywhere in Kyushu. Plus there is a huge mall at the station, so easy to find restaurants. 2. Room size is also above average accrpding to Japanese standard. 3. The room came with a nice massage chair! 4. Very good breakfast with variety of choices, including many local cuisines. 5. Hotel also offer free coin laundary service! 6. They also offer free umbrella rental. Unusal for a business hotels. Only downside I can think of, is that they do not have a printer. But there is just a printing company next to it so no issues at all. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful stay great location and beautiful room

We had a wonderful stay in this central location with a high level of comfort. Our large room was perferct for the five night stay. Will be staying there again on my next trip to Hakata
