The toilet was not working I report it but no one came the next day I report it again and they ended up moving us to another room with cacaroches in the bathroom

This hotel was okay if your on a budget. The hotel staff was really nice. And our room was kinda clean. The hotel itself is very outdated and old. Stains all over carpets in the hallways and walls need to be painted. It’s kinda sketchy inside. And I was nervous, pictures are deceiving online. But we didn’t have any major problems. Our room phone kept ringing in the middle of the night, that scared us a bit. But the hotel staff said sometimes it does that and to unplug it? Breakfast was not the best, cheap, easy warm up food. Hotel has a lot around Walmart and lots of other shops/food. All in all it was okay just to sleep.

The room felt nasty. The whole hotel needs to be cleaned and refurbished. When we got into the room, it was like house keeping did the bare minimum. There was no soap because the one little soap they do give you was used from previous guests and not replaced. The sheets were dirty and the bathroom was just gross and dirty. The tv didn’t work and the carpet made the room stink. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in that room. The front desk service however was great and professional. We took the shuttle to Disneyland and the driver was driving very unsafe. He was also a bit rude.

The beds were comfortable but that is all. The rooms are old and outdated and not cleaned. We requested for 2 days that housekeeping come in and change sheets and bring clean towels and they did not. They instead sent someone to bring sheets to us so that we could change ourselves. Breakfast is a joke, they have microwaved eggs and toast. Would definitely never recommend to anyone. The tv stopped working so while we were in the room we just had to sit In silence because they couldn’t even help us get it fixed. Overall, not a good experience and even though the price was cheap it still was not worth what they charged per night.

The room smelled like egg as soon as we walked in and our towels had stains on them. The beds were not queen size beds. There was crumbs on the bed. The tv didnt work at all and the wifi aswell.The carpet was dirty, very outdated. The inside looks sketchy and rundown.

Indian owner needs to spend money in order to make money. Poor ownership. Place needs an interior face lift. Smelly room, horrible smell of dead fish, and pooor maintenence.
