One bedroom apartments with approximately 50m², are located in a very quiet urbanization, facing south, overlooking the bay of Funchal and the mountains of Madeira. Despite the proximity to the expressway this is a quiet area.
The apartments have 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom. Private, well-kept garden (150m²) with exotic and endemic plants, where you can relax and enjoy the magnificent view over the bay of Funchal and the mountains of Madeira.
There is free parking next to the apartment.
Next to the urbanization you will find bus stop, cafes and restaurants / take away.
Nearby there is: supermarket, bakery, hairdresser, florist, laundry, pharmacy, among others.

Superb apartment

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had everything you would possibly need. However just one suggestion from myself - if you are planning to have active holiday and travel in Funchal, you will need to rent a car, as it's 10-15min drive away.

Beautiful apartment with a great view :)

I was allowed to use the apartment for 10 nights - I arrived in Madeira at 2 o'clock in the morning and Mrs Abreu was waiting for me with a gift and a big smile. She was very courteous and polite - I was told where I can find everything in the apartment and she told me If I should have any further questions, I can call her at any time. She gave me tips for good restaurants nearby, where I can shop and which taxi company in Madeira is the best. I felt very well. The apartment was very clean and everything was there that you need to live - the bedroom has a comfortable bed and when you open the window you have a beautiful, idyllic view on a small front garden. I really enjoyed my vacation in Madeira. I can only recommend this apartment! :)

Ideale Lage für Wanderer, die auch Zivilisationskomfort wünschen

Die Wohnung ist nicht groß, aber für 2 Personen ausreichend. Ruhe ist gegeben, die Betten lassen einen erholsamen Schlaf zu. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist knapp, auf Nachfrage wurde aber unmittelbar reagiert. Hinweis: Die Bilder zur FeWo suggerieren teilweise falsche Vorstellungen von Wohnung und Terasse. Die FeWo ist eine kleine Wohnung abseits vom Haus. Lage: fantastisch über der Stadt. Von der Terasse kann man abends beim Wein auf Stadt und Hafen schauen, sehr schön. Gleichzeitig ist man nicht mitten in der City (13 Min. mit Bus oder Auto), dafür aber nahe den Straßen zu den Wandergebieten. Ein toller Kompromiss, wenn man beides in der Nähe haben will. Gerne hätten wir daher 5 Sterne gegeben, aber es gab ein Lärmproblem, verursacht durch Renovierungsarbeiten am Haus. Das hat uns die letzten Tage etwas verdorben.

Nous avons passé une semaine sur cette belle île de Madère dans l'appartement avec vue sur la baie de Funchal. L'appartement est très bien équipé de toutes les commodités nécessaires à alléger nos valises (serviettes de toilette, drap) : très propre et correspondant en tout point à l'annonce. Proche du centre ville et de la voie rapide. Hyper satisfait par l'accueil du propriétaire qui se fait très discret tout en étant proche de vous. Des petites douceurs nous attendaient ce qui est agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement pour vos futures vacances.

Gemütliches kleines Apartment mit wunderschöner Aussicht über Funchal!

Wir hatten das "Bayview" Apartment gebucht und waren sehr begeistert! Es ist ein kleines, schönes Apartment und hat für 2 Personen alles was man braucht. Das Aparment auch ist sehr schön und mit viel Mühe eingerichtet. Das absolute Highlight ist natürlich der Blick vom Balkon über Funchal! Die Lage es Apartments ist perfekt um mit dem Mietauto (welches direkt vor dem Apartment geparkt werden kann) die Insel zu erkunden. Man ist in ca. 2 Minuten auf der "via rapida" und in 10 Minuten am großen Parkhaus unten der Promade in Funchal. Trotz der verkehrsgünstigen Lage ist das Aparment sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Bäcker liegen 2 Autominuten entfernt. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und freundlich! Alles in allem eine ganz klare Empfehlung und viel viel schöner und persönlicher als eines der großen Hotels im Hotelviertel von Funchal!

Parfait !

Le logement est parfait pour deux personnes. Spacieux, lumineux, calme. Depuis balcon, la vue sur la baie et la ville de Funchal est magnifique. Très bonne et grande literie. Commerces de proximité (dont une super boulangerie) à deux minutes en voiture, très pratique. Pratique aussi, petit resto de poulet grillé à 50m de l'appartement (copieux et bon marché, accueil sympathique). Voiture souhaitable pour se rendre au centre ville. L'accès à la voie rapide à deux minutes est un point positif lorsque l'on souhaite visiter le reste de l'île. Et pour terminer, Sofia est une personne très attentive aux besoins de ses hôtes, avec qui la communication est rapide et efficace. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft bei tollem Blick und netter Gastgeberin.

Die Unterkunft ist vom Flughafen sehr schnell zu erreichen und verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Die benachbarte Schnellstrasse hört man tatsächlich nicht sehr stark, eher stören bellende Hunde in der Umgebung, wenn überhaupt. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, die Wohnung sauber, die Küche relativ klein, für zwei Personen aber voll ausreichend. Die Gastgeberin Marta ist ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, zum Empfang gab es lokale Leckereien und Blumen auf dem Tisch. Das Mietauto kann sicher in einer Einfahrt vor dem Haus, außerhalb des Grundstücks geparkt werden. Ich würde wiederkommen.

Wanderurlaub Madeira

Wir hatten das Bay View Apartment I gebucht, wunderschöner Ausblick über Funchal durch große Terassentüren. Für einen Urlaub zu zweit sehr gut geeignet. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und modern ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es Kaffemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und einen zwei Platten Elektroherd. Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Es lagen genügend Hand- und Badetücher für uns bereit. Das Doppelbett hat eine sehr gute Matratze, ist allerdings etwas schmal. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen sehr geeignet, da die Schnellstraße nicht weit weg ist. Die Ferienwohnung ist trotzdem ruhig. Auch Funchal selbst ist sehr gut zu erreichen, entweder zu Fuß (ca.50 Minuten bis zum Zentrum), mit dem Bus oder mit dem Mietauto. Über den Jahreswechsel ist es in Funchal sehr stimmungsvoll, tolle Weihnachtsdekorationen, Jahrmarkt am Hafen, Weihnachtsmarkt, alles leuchtet.

Nice apartment with beautiful view over Funchal and the port

We spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment. From the balcony you have a beautiful view over the city and to the port. The bus station is only 2 walking minutes away. You can catch a bus there which brings you to the city centre for only 2 € per person. If you want to explore the island by car you will appreciate that the highway VR1 is only 1 driving minute away. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would visit this apartment a second time.

nette kleine Ferienwohnung mit schöner Aussicht

Wir waren in den Osterferien für 12 Tage dort. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt eine schöne Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Stadt und den Hafen mit den Kreuzfahrtschiffen. Die Wohnung liegt nah an der Autobahn (ohne das dies stören würde) und dadurch ist man schnell mit dem Auto auf dem Weg zur nächsten Wanderroute und zurück ohne durch die Stadt fahren zu müssen. Ein Auto wäre aus meiner Sicht auch empfehlenswert um die Insel zu erkunden. In die City runter sind wir allerdings lieber mit dem Bus gefahren, da zu Fuß etwas anstrengend und zweitaufwändig durch die Steigung und mit dem Auto muss man halt einen Parkplatz finden und trinkt dann vielleicht keinen portugiesischen Weißwein zum Fischgericht. Die Vermieterin Marta ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit grandiosen Wanderungen durch beeindruckende Landschaften mit mannigfaltiger Flora und schwindelerregenden Aussichten.

Nette Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr nett und es ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Wir möchten die für ihre Entscheidung evtl. wichtigsten Punkte herausnehmen: - Das Bett ist 140 cm breit und von der Matratze gewöhnunsbedürftig. - Super Aussicht vom Balkon. Frühstück in der Sonne ist aber nicht, aufgrund der Lage des Balkons. - Dusche plätschert so vor sich dahin, zumindest bei Warmwasser (Boiler). - Tipp: Benutzen Sie Google Maps um die korrekten Abfahrtszeiten an der Bushaltestelle zu erfahren. - Zu Fuß ist der Anstieg nicht ohne, man ist daher auf den Bus angewiesen. - Wer nicht ständig mit dem Bus fahren möchte, der sollte sich lieber näher ins Zentrum - TV hat kein deutsches Fernsehen. Madeira für sich ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Wir empfehlen sich mit einem symphatischen Taxifahrer als Touristenführer zu verabreden und sich Madeira zeigen zu lassen. Ist unterm Strich nicht teurer als Mietwagen oder Touribus, aber viel persönlicher und man kann sich alles in Ruhe anschauen. Viel Spaß auf Madeira

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung von Marta sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden trotz acht Stunden Verspätung sehr freundlich von ihr empfangen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sieht genauso schön aus wie auf den Fotos. Vor allem der Balkon und der Ausblick auf den Hafen und das Meer haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist optimal, mit dem Bus fährt man circa 10 Minuten in das Zentrum von Funchal. Unseren Mietwagen konnten wir direkt vor der Haustür kostenlos parken. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen - wir würden die Ferienwohnung jeder Zeit wieder buchen!

Super appartement, superbe vue, et propriétaire très attentionnée

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement très confortable au calme avec une très belle vue sur Funchal. Bien situé pour accéder rapidement aux voies rapides, l'arrêt de bus à proximité permet aussi de descendre facilement en ville. Marta, notre hôtesse s'est montrée très à l'écoute pendant notre séjour, toujours prête à nous prodiguer de bons conseils. Elle nous a également personnellement rendu un grand service dont nous lui sommes très reconnaissant

Frühlingshafter Aufenthalt in Funchal

Gut eingerichtete, ruhige und saubere Wohnung, vom grossen Balkon Sicht über ganz Funchal und die Bucht. Genügend warme Kleidung erforderlich, da die Wohnung nur mit einem kleinen Elektroofen (muss bei der Vermieterin erfragt werden) geheizt werden kann. Geeignet für 1-2 Personen. Das Doppelbett ist nur 140 cm breit. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, mit der man sich auf englisch bestens verständigen kann. Bushaltestelle in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, regelmässige Busverbindungen zum nächstgelegenen Supermarkt sowie ins Stadtzentrum. Von dort aus viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten mit Seilbahn, Bus oder Schiff.

Amazing view and cozy apartment

The apartment is clean and in a very good condition! It is situated near the highway, but that didn't bother us at all, on the contrary, it was really easy to get to downtown Funchal or to other nearby cities because of the amazing location. The neighbourhood is really calm, we woke up every morning for the sound of birds :). Especially enjoyed the view of Funchal harbour seeing the big cruise ships come and go. It is very well equipped, we had everything that we needed for a two weeks' stay. Marta was very helpful and the whole booking process was simple and easy. Definately recommend it!
