We enjoyed our stay at the Toyoko Inn. The staff were very pleasant. Very clean throughout. There are good laundry facilities, however, we were visiting family so it wasn't needed. The Ome line was nearby so it made travelling easy. It is conveniently located near shops, shopping centre and well known fast food outlets. My only suggestion would be that perhaps cereal could be offered on the breakfast menu. The food was lovely but not something we were able to eat as a breakfast. I appreciate this is just a difference in cultures and we did buy cereal & milk which we kept in our room. If you're lucky enough to get room 1402 you will have the most breath taking view of Mt Fuji! I would highly recommend this hotel and will use again on future trips.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff respond kindly, giving a sense of security. The breakfast is free and much appreciated, and the price is reasonable, so I was very satisfied.

Was able to borrow a nice cordless iron and small ironing board from the front desk. Breakfast was Japanese style (American style salad bar with plenty of vegetables and rice), but was plentiful and tasty.

Clean tidy room. Staff were fine. Typical Japanese style bed (feels like you’re sleeping on a wood board) and small room. You only get one towel per adult and if you ask for more, they will charge you.
