We had a great stay at the Best Western gateway Grand. I got caught up at a funeral and had to send my wife to check into a hotel for us so I sent them a text message and they arranged immediately for her to be able to check in for us even though she wasn't on the original reservation by name. I really appreciated the quick online text resolution of our challenge

Do not ever stay here for a home Florida football game. The opposing team stayed here. We couldn’t check in before 7:30pm, we had to park on a dirt parking lot and Uber to the game, and we were not allowed to use the restrooms. When we returned from the game at 11:45pm we had to wait in line for 30 minutes to check in. We will NEVER stay here again.
