Staff was very nice and accommodating! Have stayed in a few hotels in the Gainesville area and this has been the cleanest one! When bringing my dog for any reason to UF vet hospital, I stay here.

I think it’s very reasonable and clean for the price. It’s not the Ritz-Carlton but Comfort in and compared to other places in Gainesville, it’s worth the money.

It was clean and seemed newer. Super close to UF. Breakfast wasn’t anything spectacular, but it was convenient. 2 frustrations. We had king size bed with 5 small square pillows which was frustrating, but we were too tired to ask for regular size pillows. The room would quickly get warm once the A/C would reach the temp set. We had it set to 65. Even with these frustrations we plan on coming back next time we’re in the area because of how clean it was. Bed was comfortable. We previously stayed at a higher end hotel in the area that felt overpriced and bed was uncomfortable, and one that was cheaper but filthy. This was just right for one night during college move-in.

We've stayed at this property several times and have always been satisfy with the service. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is fairly quiet. We stayed on the first floor and did not hear any noise. They also provide a decent hot breakfast each morning. I would certainly recommend this property,

The hotel was good, service excellent, specially after hotels.com did'nt report the change of my reservation to two nigths. Assistant manager call me to report I have to leave because it was only one nigth, fortunately she was so nice and acomodate my reserve paying a higher price. Call hotels.com and no response.

1. Property charged my credit card before my arrival.This is not what is stated in my contract with Expedia. I asked the front desk and they said that “ it’s their policy to charge the card for the total amount when their property is full whether or not I’m there.
