Checking in we were greeted by two smiling faces even though it was very late! We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. Yes, it could stand to be cleaned much better along the wall and corners, but overall doable. The room and linen was a solid 8/10.

I felt like the front desk staff was rude, not friendly, she seemed to careless about here job, was wearing a mask, not sure what that was about, just not what have experienced in the past. Sad to see customer service go down the toilet. PLUS There was mold in the bathroom, and cracked tiles, again not what I would expect from a Hampton Inn!
