Quiet, Updated 2 bed / 2 bath Condo in NW Gainesville

Beautifully updated home located in quiet NW Gainesville. This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom home is a short 15 minute drive to either Shands, North Florida hospital, VA hospital, or UF. Perfect for travel nurses, working professionals or families of patients at the hospitals.

The home has a semi open floor plan. Walk into a beautifully decorated living room and dining room, fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom includes a King bed and ensuite bath with walk-in shower and a 3-season porch. The second bedroom is roomy with a full size bed. There is a full size washer/dryer in attached laundry room.

We have 24/7 emergency maintenance.

Quiet neighborhood on the NW side of Gainesville. Easily get to anywhere in Gainesville.

Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. Please note that the AirBNB extenuating circumstances cancellation policy does not cover hurricanes in Florida or COVID, but the insurance covers both 100%. We ask that you please purchase AirBNB cancellation insurance at check-out in order to cover any unforeseen changes that would cause a cancellation or early departure that is outside of the cancellation window (i.e. weather related, health related, flight issues, etc...). AirBNB offers insurance at check-out and if a circumstance arises that would cause a cancellation or early departure (outside of the cancellation range, or an early departure that arises during your stay), then the insurance policy will refund you 100% as long as it`s within the terms. Thanks! And we hope that nothing would come up that would interfere with the trip, but we want to make sure you`re covered just in case.
If no insurance policy is purchased, that`s OK, too- we are happy to open up the dates on the calendar and try to re-rent. If we can re-rent, then we can refund the amount recuperated, but we cannot issue a full refund unless we can re-rent from an early departure or cancellation.

We booked here to go to the gator nationals. It was a great fit for our group. Close to the track, airport and lots of neat places
