Amazing gameday location! Loft was clean and as presented in the listing. The space is small, but the backyard/patio is where you’ll be spending your time. We appreciated the prompt communication with the host and would consider this space again.

Cute studio over the detached garage at back of property. Quiet well-kept. The bed was somewhat firm but comfortable. Convenient mini-kitchen area with teas coffee. The bathroom is nice but only a small mirror so will need to use mirror outside of bathroom. Great place to stay for 2 especially if you’re in town for a game or event as it’s within a mile of campus.

Love this sweet place in a fabulous quiet location. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that the mattress needs to be replaced, due to significant divets on one side.

Found this hidden gem by chance after looking at hotels in Gainesville. So cute and quaint!! We absolutely loved it! Extremely clean, hosts very easy and readily available to communicate and price was perfect!! We will be back for sure! Must-stay in Gainesville

Super clean, easy check-in process, in a good neighborhood, easily accessible parking spot, quiet, has everything you need for a short stay! Bed was comfortable and as someone who has sensitive skin, the fact that everything is washed with free and clear detergent was a huge plus. Close to all the Gainesville staples. Would stay here again for sure.

Incredible for a Family of 3

This was our first family vacation in a while and this was the perfect stay for us. We drove 2 vehicles and had more than enough parking accommodations. It was quiet, cozy, safe and and gorgeous watching the sun come up. Our hosts were more than happy to help with any needs and questions. We will book with you all again and thank you so much again.

Private and quiet-perfect after game day

First time in Gainesville for parent’s weekend. Perfect spot. Walking distance to stadium-made life so much easier. Cute ,clean and quiet. Enjoyed sitting outside BBQing the evening away.

Close to UF Campus and Shands Hospital

My daughter and I were in town for my daughter’s procedure at UF Health. The loft is conventionally located near Shands Hospital as well as the UF campus. The loft was very clean. The space was just what we needed, comfortable bed, updated bathroom, cute kitchenette stocked with tea and coffee. We also found the neighborhood charming and quiet. Very easy checkin and checkout and easy communication with owner. I would definitely stay in the loft again!

We absolutely loved the loft!! Located in a beautiful neighborhood, very close to restaurants and looks even better in person. Supplied with everything you need, and the coffee was a huge plus (our favorite part). Fantastic communication from the hosts and we were even able to extend our trip an extra night.
