Itās an okay place overall, but when the staff asked twiceāonce after weād eaten and again when payingāif everything was okay with our meal, we mentioned that the Guinness tasted off and that the barrel likely needed changing or the pipes cleaning. We couldnāt drink the pint and left it almost untouched, so it was clear we werenāt trying to get a freebie. The only response we received was, āOkay, sorry to hear that.ā I would have expected a replacement drink or a refund given that it was undrinkable.
We also overheard another table saying their breakfast wasnāt good, and again they only received an apology with no offer of an alternative or partial refund. It makes me question the point of asking for feedback if nothing is done with it.
