Inconvenient, awkward, and exposed. The first choice you will have to make is who will sacrifice their privacy. But it’s a trick question, because the answer is everybody. To access the only bathroom, you must go through a bedroom and walk directly past the bed. If that wasn’t bad enough, you can't even close this bedroom door because the latch is broken, and gravity keeps it half-open all the time. The only way to get it closed is by locking it with a deadbolt, which then prevents access to the bathroom. Even when the doors are fully closed, there is a sizable gap between the doors leading directly into the second bedroom. You may as well keep the doors open anyway, because they are so creaky it will be sure to wake everybody up if you try to use them. The second bedroom door closes to the living room, but has a full-sized frosted window on the door limiting privacy. The parking is inconvenient and awkward. If you’re lucky enough to get a spot on the street next to the building, you will be forced to move your vehicle every 2 hours throughout the day or risk a parking ticket. There is no designated parking for this building. The bathroom was grimy, kitchen appliances not cleaned, and the AC unit in the bedroom beeped loudly every couple hours all night long and failed to keep the space cool. The ad says it sleeps 5 (2 beds). The extra was the couch which would be fine except for the stains and no blankets or pillows provided. No timely solution offered.
