Host was super helpful! The home was immaculate. The amenities were exactly as described and were wonderful to take advatage of during the off season. The host provided extra things like towels, games, etc that made the stay even better. I will definitely be going back!

Galveston 2025

The property has plenty of room for everyone, we had 9 people. There are plenty of dishes/pots/pans for cooking. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was nice to have the washer and dryer available. The golf cart was a lot of fun and can be used just about everywhere. The neighborhood felt safe, and we had no problems with parking 2 vehicles. Our only complaints are that the stove front is loose on one side so makes opening the oven a challenge, and the middle bedroom upstairs dresser fronts kept falling off (just need to be glued), the towel racks need to be glued or tightened as rungs fell off. To make the stay better, it would be nice to have a blender. Overall, would recommend.

Wonderful

This is an excellent place to stay in Galveston. Close to everything. The pool was exceptionally clean, and the backyard is a great place to visit with friends and family. We will definitely stay there when we travel to Galveston. The host was always prompt with a reply to any questions I had.

Fantastic Weekend

This was a wonderful property with easy access to The Strand, the Mardi Gras parade routes, and the pleasure pier. All of the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed. The pool, hot tub, and use of the golf cart really rounded out the property. Everything was very clean and worked flawlessly. The host was extremely communicative and helpful. Highly recommend.

Wedding weekend

The home was beautiful and the host was attentive. We did have an issue with the downstairs ac and spa not working, but understand that issues may arise from time to time, as with any home, and the host had maintenance out to try and resolve it, unfortunately it was the weekend and parts were hard to come By. Our host, Ashley was wonderful and offered a reasonable solution. With that said, we would definitely stay here again.

So much fun!

My girlfriends & I stayed at the Flamingo House (party of 7) to celebrate a girls weekend. We had so much fun. Ashley made the stay very enjoyable by providing excellent details before, after & during the stay. The house was extremely clean (something I’m picky about, specifically with beach houses.) I have recommended this home to all my friends & colleagues!

Beautiful House and property

We stayed at the Flamingo House at the end of March. The house was very roomy for the 6 Adults and 3 children (ages 7-10) in our group. The kids especially loved the pool, and the adults the hot tube. The property owner was very responsive and friendly with any of our questions. The kitchen was fully stocked with enough plates, silverware, and drinkware; along with have additional spices, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and garbage bags! The minor negatives were although you can walk to some restaurants, we did end up taking the golf cart and a mini van the majority of the time given the kids wouldnt have walked the .75 miles there and back + accommodating beach stuff. Also the neighborhood is "up and coming" so there is a mix of nicer homes (this is a nicer home) with homes not so well up-kept; we never had an issue though. If you are looking for a rental house close to Pleasure Peir and The Strand with great amenities and a great host, this is the house for you!

Absolutely loved the house and the location. Our family of 13 had a grwat time in the pool, perfect for adults and children. The house had everything we could possibly want. The communication with Ashley was absoluty great. I definitely would recommend to all my family and friends

Best Galveston Getaway

Absolutely cannot rave enough about how perfect this house was! The layout was ideal for hanging out with friends! The pool was perfection! The huge bedrooms with king beds and gorgeous beach decor was everything we could have hoped for! And the icing on the cake was the pristine golf cart that we used to take to brunch, cruising down the seawall, and shopping on the strand! We will definitely be repeat clients!!!

Great house for a weekend getaway

Very nice house with tons of amenities. We enjoyed the pool/spa in the backyard, as well as the outdoor grill. One of the best things was having access to the 6-seat golf cart to get around town and to the beach. Great communication with the owners. Plan to stay here again next time in Galveston!

Amazing house!

Our family of 9 stayed in the Flamingo House from 12/26/2023 to 12/29/2023. We loved it! We really enjoyed the open concept and beautiful kitchen. We spent a lot of time in the wonderful pool and spa, and had fun riding around in the golf cart. The host, Ashley, was absolutely great, very responsive and kind in all of her communications. We all agreed that we would stay there again.

Perfect getaway house!

We had a great time staying at the Flamingo house! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and understanding. The house itself had everything you’d need for a stay (spices, cookware, dish ware, games) and the golf cart was a great way to get around town. Would recommend!

Amazing Experience!

The home is decorated so beautifully and everything I could imagine in more was available in the home. From pool towels, extra toiletries, pool floats, beach gear and everything I needed to cook with! We will be booking again!
