For Springhill Suites, this was one of the least kept locations I've stayed at. Bathrooms were rusty, wallpaper peeling, handles and tub dirty and outdated. Not atrocious but expected better.

Couldn’t sleep because of the terrible noise across the street where a loud music and a deejay speaking the whole night. Reported to front desk staff but they didn’t do anything

Just an “okay” stay. Prefer newer hotels.

This hotel needs to be renovated. Our room has something terribly sticky all over the floor in front of the sofa. My feet was so sticky, I almost couldn’t get off of it. Had to wash them right away with soap. No toilet seat cover on the toilet.
