The location of the property was optimal, with easy access to the beach, nice views, and only a short distance from restaurants.
The check in instructions could have more clear. It was not indicated that a visit into the lobby was necessary.
The property is visibly a little older/outdated,which did not translate in the listing; however, outside of a few hairs in the shower, the unit was clean. The sliding door to the balcony was broken and very difficult to open and close and there was a broken chair on the balcony, but we visited only a couple weeks after Hurricane Beryl, so we chalked it up to that.
Communication for this booking was lacking, but again, I believe this could be due the aftermath of the hurricane. I received a notification that my stay could not be accomodated due to hurricane; however, I didn't receive that notification until I was on my way to the condo. I left messages on the VRBO site, and called and left a couple voicemails before I received an email to indicate the phone line was having an issue and provided an alternate phone number to call. Upon calling that number, I was told that my unit was indeed available for my stay... So at the end of the day it worked out.
Overall, our stay was nice. The unit could use some repairs/ updates, but we were really only there to sleep so it served it's purpose for the price.
