The clerk who checked us in was very patient and kind. He explained to us where to park and to call them from the hotel phone should we needed anything. The ocean view room was clean and comfortable after a 5 hour drive.

Hotels.com and Google maps have this place incorrect on the map, the Residence is very close to the beach. We thought we had booked a place in town. We easily caught the bus to and from the residence to the train station using NAVER maps. A big new complex in new condition. We loved our room with an excellent shower, the bed a bit too hard and small for us. There’s new cafes and restaurants popping up around the complex. The pool times need booking which includes access to the pool bar. We didn’t try the breakfast.

시설은좋은데 직원들 응대 너무 별로에요 주니어 스위트방 큰방쪽 샤워부스안에는 배수가안되서 넘치고 이미 방바꾸기도 늦은시간이었고.. 체크인시 조식예약 확실하게 공지해주셔야 안굶을듯요 만석이라고 한자리도 없고 호텔동 조식이용도 안된다하고 3부제 이용하라고..

넓은객실과 바다를 볼수있는 쇼파배치와 테라스의구성이 좋았습니다. 모든직원분들이 친절하고용~ 아침일찍 수영장이용과 실내와 실외의 인피니티풀 너무 좋았습니닺 무엇보다 조식이 알차게 구성되서 최고였습니다잉 다음에도 또 오려구요~ 무조건 신라모노그램 강릉 추천입니다. 이가격에 이모든걸 누릴수 있어 최고입니다잉
