This is our 5th time staying at this hotel for our yearly Disneyland visit. We love it! Only downside this time was when we arrived into our room, we found a ziploc bag full of rice inside our microwave, which we were surprised about because we’ve never had issues in the times we’ve stayed there. Other than that, we plan on staying here again this upcoming may for our next trip.

When told my room was on ground floor, I mentioned “plz don’t put noisy people above me” and the Employee smiled and said ‘no problem’…so instead put a seriously noisy family right next door! Screaming kids, banging on the wall, tv blaring, doors slamming…barely slept even after sleep pills and stayed-up later than usual for me. Still had to be up and gone by 5am but had to make the king drive to Reno exhausted since the terrible conditions made trying to get any rest…ironically, very stressful. Too expensive, poor condition of room, noisy car neighborhood, paper-thin walls, park lot and cars right up to next rooms so lights and noise prevalent. The ‘good’ was nice pillows and bed, jacuzzi tub, and the tv…but not worth paying $172/night.

They have very poor internet service. It appears that their ISP is Spectrum (Charter) who apparently have no problem with selling consumer-grade crappy service to a business that needs commercial-grade internet service. Unfortunately the hotel does not have access to a real network engineer who could explain to the hotel management that they are getting screwed by Spectrum and it reflects poorly on the hotel. The employees are awesome. I don't remember their names but they were helpful and kind -- the employees reflect well on the hotel.

Worst place ever to stay at

Rude customer service, when got the room for an extra day. Before check out time, the front desk banged on the door rudley so i can fill out the new paperwork. Also i ended up getting flat on the premises in the parking lot, and i didn't move my car in three days, so someone put a blade in my tire. When i asked front desk about it the gentleman did e en care or apologize for the inconvenience and i asked him about cameras in parking lot, he it wasnt working were i parked. Wort place ever i stayed, i dont recommend this to no one. Plus the tv was old, could hear the speakers and screen was off the center of picture.

DONT DO IT - Stay elsewhere!

This room was booked as a "staycation" type experience. Unfortunately, my uncle passed away the day before, when I inquired about a refund they refused. I thought that was interesting but I knew it was a no refund room so I thought I better just go and try and make the best of it. When I walked into the office to check in the staff was not friendly and it smelled musty. They take a $100 deposit which was interesting for the type of property. Again, I wanted to make the best of it. I got the King Deluxe room with a jacuzzi tub. Upon entering the room I noticed the floors were dirty and there were spiderwebs in all of the corners of the room. The room seemed clean enough other than that. In the evening when I got excited to use the jacuzzi tub I realized it did not work and when I let the property manager know he said he was not the manager and that I would have to wait for a call back. He also asked me if I was told at check in it didn't work? I requested to be charged for the regular king room since the one amenity that warranted the $200 price was not working. The phone didn't work, there was a broken piece of floor siding, and the bed was insanely hard. Both my partner and I tossed and turned all night due to the stiff mattress. Overall, I would suggest staying anywhere else. There are many nice reputable properties nearby that have great service and you get what you pay for. I would add photos but I took videos to show the manager.
