The room was clean and comfortable. The service at the restaurant during our breakfast buffet and the bar was great. The gift shop staff was particularly accommodating and attentive. I do want to give particular consideration to the morning shuttle driver, Benjamin. He had great Disney music playing, the train whistle was fantastic, his overall demeanor was great! We love staying here when visiting Disneyland. There are two points that I would like to bring your attention. First, the shuttle itself is in dire need of TLC. The suspension on it is shot so it really bumps along the drive, enough that I thought the road itself was in need of repair. Apparently the road is fine, it’s the shuttle itself. Second, Nova is awful. Truly a completely the worst place I’ve ever eaten in the Disneyland area (including the park itself). While the service was wonderful, the food was terrible.

Horrible the rooms were disgusting dirty everything that was shown on the picture was a lie the rooms look nothing like what they say. You have free parking supposedly and you still gotta pay 35 or valet for 42 might as well do valet also the food is very expensive and trash has no flavor whatsoever no season You get a mini fridge in that mini fridge. There’s no point of controlling the temperature. Everything freezes no matter how cold you have it or warm if you have kids I recommend not staying here with your kids.

Staff was very courteous. They upgraded us to a remodeled hotel room for only $10. Overall the hotel was very nice and centrally located to go to Disneyland and restaurants nearby.
