After having a not so pleasant experience at a nearby hotel I transferred to this one to complete my trip and I am so pleased I did that. From check in to check out I was happy with this hotel and staff. Everyone was kind and welcoming. I even got an early check in and a complimentary upgrade to a king suit. I will absolutely stay with them again. Only thing I don’t care for was the body wash and shampoo thankfully I brought my own along being a 4 day trip. Breakfast was amazing!

The reason for my low rating is due to an issue with our room reservation. We had originally booked a King room, and I received a confirmation email the day prior confirming this. However, upon arrival, we were not informed that our reservation had been changed. It wasn't until we entered the room that we discovered we had been assigned a room with two Queen beds instead. This was disappointing, especially as we were celebrating our anniversary. When we returned to the front desk to inquire, the check-in host explained that the change was due to maintenance issues and offered a sincere apology, along with complimentary parking and breakfast for one day to help make up for the inconvenience.
