Mostly good, no elevator for elderly patrons and the breakfast was only a muffin. I thought it was supposed to be a continental breakfast.

The hotel is convenient to all of Gardiner. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are muffins, juice and coffee in the morning. There is a restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch on premises. I was not crazy about our room. It is basically a basement room. The window looks out directly into the parking lot. There are no sheers on the windows. It is either open up the certain and let everyone see inside your room or close the room darkening curtains and sit in a dungeoness room. The ceilings are also very low. This hotel does not appear to be handicapped accessible. I felt the room should have been cleaner. The floors left my socks and feet dirty. The box spring covers were dirty with obvious nasty spills on one bed. The towels, top bed linens seemed clean, as well as, the bathroom. On the plus side, this hotel does accept pets. We were traveling with a small dog.

Heat / ac unit was either on or off, controls didn’t work well. Could see outside there were big gaps around the unit, put a rolled up towel to close up. Was frozen in the morning.

I thought the room heating was unacceptable. It was very, very loud and we had to turn it off at night. It was also very hard to adjust and sometimes it would come on and blow cold air even though it was cold in the room.

Sraff was very friendly & polite. Room was clean & comfortable. Only issue was only having small blueberry muffins fof breakfast & coffe & hot water were not very hot. A very good value for their winter rate.
