Welcome, the Dany residence is located in Gargnano on Lake Garda immersed in a terraced olive grove of 1 hectare in a quiet, sunny and panoramic position 500 meters from the beach and from the town center and 2 km from the Bogliaco Golf.
The 15 apartments all with a breathtaking lake view divided into two buildings have been designed and furnished with all modern comforts in a typically Italian style.
A swimming pool and parking complete the structure.
The apartments have been built following all the most modern energy saving systems, from thermal insulation to rainwater recycling for irrigation to the latest anti seismic materials.
The complex fits beautifully into the characteristic landscape of Gargnano having been built with the utmost respect for nature and with the least possible environmental impact.
We have tried to recreate a place where the present has kept the past alive in a setting of elegant charm. In the ancient "pree da büs" (stones with hole ndr.) Of the dry stone walls the vines have been replanted and in the gardens the olive trees, oleanders and capers have been restored thus contributing to the respect of the native flora and fauna. The via crucifix runs along the perimeter of the structure, framed by the countless lemon houses, which have been there for centuries, with their characteristic toll booths.
The atmosphere that is breathed here makes the history current in an ideal path between a modern and comfortable residence, with an agricultural past made of olive and citrus cultivation.
