From the minute we arrived and the valet opened the door, to going to our nice clean room, to going to the 22nd floor and enjoying a nice adult beverage and the smiling face of our bartender, to walking the few short steps to Petco for our concert, to walking the short distance to get a bite to eat afterwards, to waking in the morning after a nice quiet sleep, to walking downstairs to get a complimentary and delicious breakfast, to walking out to valet and getting in our car a few short minutes later...Yes all was great and we would gladly stay there again.

Ladies at front desk lied to about a “policy” stating that booking through third-parties does not guarantee the room that was reserved and paid for at least 2 weeks in advanced. I paid for a room with a double bed & a petco park room and was giving a king size room because no other rooms were “left”. Called expedia and they stated such policy does not exist. Expedia called the hotel and explained the situation to someone at the hotel. Next lady at the desk called reporting that there is a room available in a significantly lower level, different view, and much smaller but would not give a discount despite it being cheaper than what i reserved. The spot and convenience of the hotel is great however the actions of the front desk was not okay.
