All the doors are hard to open when holding objetcs. Sadly the pool close very early (9 pm). After being outside during the day (hiking at national park) we would like to stay a little bit at the spa or pool. They could close at least at 10 pm. We like that there was free EV charger in the parking.

The reception and location were good, the terrible aspect is about the room itself. The smell in the room was very irritating to the respiratory system, with a strong scent of fresh renovation. I strongly advise against staying here for anyone with respiratory issues or sensitivity to such odors. We coughed throughout the night and had to stay near the window for fresh air whenever we were awake. Since the hotel was fully booked that day, we were unable to switch rooms.”

Unfortunately, this stay didn’t live up to expectations, especially for the price. The room did not look as advertised—it felt outdated, with poor lighting, no side tables, and only one chair outside. Upon arrival, the front desk staff didn’t greet us or smile—we had to initiate the check-in conversation ourselves, which set a poor tone. While the hotel does have a pool and jacuzzi, I wish more effort had gone into customer service and room quality. As well, Gaspé itself felt overly touristy; in my honest opinion, the surrounding towns have more charm and much friendlier locals. I’d recommend skipping Gaspé and exploring those areas instead.
