"Nun, es war ja ein günstiges Angebot…
Die «Meer-Sicht» war halt das Meer hinter dem Parkplatz und hinter der vierbefahrenen Strasse.
Das erste Mal seit längerem hier in Kanada, dass ich nicht mit dem Smartphone die Kreditkarte präsentieren konnte, sondern die physische Karte hervorkramen musste. Logischerweise erhielt ich dann auch einen mechanischen Schlüssel für das Zimmer.
Das Zimmer selbst war riesig, aber eben wegen der Strasse und der Kurve mit bremsenden Lastwagen (Retarder-Bremse) teilweise etwas laut.
Dass es keine Steckdosen bei den Nachttischen hatte, passte zum Allgemein-Zustand.
Das Restaurant im Hotel hat zwar eine relativ kleine Karte, ist aber sehr empfehlenswert. Leider etwas kühl und dunkel, aber das ist hier fast Standard. "
