The cabin was really nice. I loved the location. It had great a great view of the mountains and the fireworks at Dollywood. It had nice amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. I was really disappointed in the hot tub. We could not get it to work for nothing and it needed to be really cleaned. But overall it was a great cabin.

The location was amazing and the views were incredible from the back porch!! The host was great at communication and answered our questions quickly. I’m giving it 4 stars because we felt like the fixtures in the home were worn and some amenities were missing. Examples: no coffee filters for coffee pot. Only two small pouches of coffee which made only two cups and we were staying 2 nights. No can opener to be found in the kitchen which made making dinner challenging. The oven door didn’t seem to close all the way and a lot of heat was coming out. The light above the stove didn’t work. The corn hole set was broken. A lamp in the master bedroom didn’t work and the toiletries like soap were sparse.

We enjoyed the wrap around deck with the most amazing views. We also enjoyed the community pools, hiking the trails, Anakeesta and The Island. It was our second trip to the Smokey Mountains and we’ll be back!

Birthday Retreat!

I took my husband to Gatlingburg to celebrate his birthday. We celebrated my birthday a few years ago in November at a different location. We loved the cabin! After navigating up the mountain, which was definitely interesting, the cabin was fabulous! We loved the amenities and ended up spending most of our days and evenings on the wonderful porch. My husband wanted to relax and enjoy the scenery and that's what we did. I didn't plan that we would cook real meals but that's what he wanted to do so we went to Pidgeon Forge and found a grocery store and bought groceries. It was relaxing and very comfortable. I would definitely book this location again! We even got a bonus fireworks display on his birthday because Dollywood was celebrating its 40th anniversary!

Great location

The location is perfect, the pools at the clubhouses are a big perk. Beautiful views from the deck. The drive to the cabin was what you should expect when staying in the mountains. We saw bears while we were on the deck. Nice amenities. The only issue we had was the deck was filthy. Everyone’s feet were black after walking on it, and there were tons of spider webs on the lights on the deck. It really needs a good pressure wash and spray for the spiders. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Great vacation…even in the rain!

It rained the entire time we were in Gatlinburg. Did it ruin our trip? NO! Why? Because we stayed in the most wonderful home…complete with a game room and an indoor pool! The cabin was beautifully decorated. It had every amenity imaginable. It was incredibly clean and our host was lovely to deal with. The cabin is located in a beautiful area, high atop a mountain. There were 3 pool/clubhouse areas available to us. We also had a mama bear and her 2 cubs staying in the woods across the street. What a wonderful experience and I fully recommend it to you!

Wonderful Family Getaway

We had a great family weekend. The cabin is beautiful and the views are amazing. The cabin has everything you could ever need. The kids, as well as the adults, enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room. The owner was so gracious and helpful. Our family will definitely book again!

We had all ages from 70 all the way to 6 and we all had a wonderful time. Great views and lovely accommodations. We would stay here again!! The pool and hot tub were great additions to our trip. The host was more than responsive. Great place for families or small groups.

Inaccurate Advertising

You advertises this chalet as BRAND NEW, but it is not brand new. The plugs behind the night stands in the upstairs master suite only has one outlet of the four that worked. We were not told until almost check in time that we could not use the couch hideaway to sleep. Fortunately, our party only needed the bedrooms. You should not advertise that it has a couch bed.

Great Views and Location

The property is a short drive into Gatlinburg and the Smokies. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood atop a steep road next to the Gatlinburg welcome center, this home provided us great views and tons of options for family fun. The house felt like a home with an incredibly well stocked kitchen and a flattop grill in addition to a regular gas grill. The weather went from warm springlike conditions the first few days to snow when we left and the house remained comfy. We saw 6 bears within a couple blocks of the home including one in front of the driveway. If you’re a chef like myself, leave your knives and pans at home. The spa was the only odd item. Both sides were cranked up to 104. I should’ve texted the owner about this, but it didn’t really affect our fun. When I did text the owner, they responded immediately. Great house and vacation.

House itself was nice and roomy. Only 1 of 3 games (Foosball) was playable. Pool cues unusable and air hockey table sounded like a plane taking off. Kids, both young and older, disappointed.

Amazing get away

I took 5 kids to Gatlinburg for their fall break and we stayed at this beautiful cabin. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The view is amazing, the pool and hot tub were perfect, the house is beautifully updated and the beds were all comfy. 10/10 will definitely stay here again! Also the location was excellent! Right in the middle of Gatlinburg and pigeon forge.
