We had a great stay! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and in very good shape. For the price we paid, I would not hesitate to stay again in the future. Loved the creek side balcony as well. We even got to see a Black bear come down on the opposite side from us to get a sip of water. Thank you! Carl M.

The breakfast was terrible, any protein was provided Just bread, cereal and pancakes, When I decided to choose this hotel one of the main reasons was because of the breakfast. But at the end of the day I had to pay my breakfast in another place. In the bedroom there were small insects. They were sprayed out before we arrived to the bedroom had a strong smell. It will be my last option when going back to the mountains.

The property sets along the creek which was amazing, pools and hot tub needs updating, landscape was beautiful. Room needed a deep cleaning, baseboards,walls,and light fixtures were covered in dust and several cobwebs. Had to get all bedding replaced due to something ( unknown) on one of the bed coverings. Hot water was in less and the pressure was perfect. I was a little disappointed overall. Location was good . Staff was very polite and friendly. Filters on AC unit was very dirty but after notifying front DR they did get it cleaned.

Overall the property was in a good location. But the condition of the hotel was poor. The rooms need a good deep, clean and some updating.
The shower curtain was dirty and had mold on it.
There were towels left in the bathroom from the last person who rented this room.
The blind that covers the window of the door to the balcony has not been cleaned for a very long time.

Nice place to stay!

Great stay as always! Super friendly staff! We paid a little extra for the honeymoon suite this time but I think future stays will be the standard room. Not much difference and I think the standard rooms have been updated. Breakfast was good and it is within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg which was nice.

Gorgeous and homelike

Beautiful location in a quiet part within walking distance off all the shopping and activities. Especially loved the babbling brook on the deck.
