Beautiful Cabin!

I will start off by saying that this is not your ordinary "cabin". It has more of a feel like a home away from home with enough wooden touches to make it feel like a cabin. I have been to Gatlinburg many times and I must say that this is, by far, the most beautiful place that my family and I have ever stayed. Everything about it is simply "amazing"! The view is breathtaking and I did not want to leave the back deck. I just could not get enough! This is a "must stay" kind of place if you are lucky enough to book it. You will not regret it! Oh, and Brandon, did a great job of checking in to make sure that everything went well.

Beautiful escape!

We spent a brief 3 nights in this beautiful cabin that did not disappoint. VERY CLEAN. Easy to find and views that are incomparable. Very relaxing, the hot tub was a nice treat and VERY CLEAN as well....hopeful to definitely have a return visit. Host communication was also excellent with a welcome and departure message.

Beyond our expectations!

This cabin was even more beautiful than the pictures. We are a family of 5 with a 6, 5 and 2 year old kids. We were on a roadtrip and stopped here for 3 nights and I wish we stayed for a week! The vibes of this cabin are magical. We had the best time relaxing and taking in the views. Memories well never forget! Thanks so much brandon we cant wait to come back one day

Great Experience!

The house was beautiful - great floor plan for two separate families of four. The views off the deck were amazing from sunrise and throughout the day. The location is very convenient to both pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Everything was clean and had all the amenities that we wanted. The host was very communicative and check in/check out was a very streamline process. We’re looking forward to staying again!

Tranquility in Tennessee

Just fantastic! Truer words could not be said about this cabin and its location. The cabin is immaculate and newer so all your essentials are taken care of right from the start. But when you first walk through the door and take in the open layout of the cabin, the massive windows, and incredible views of the mountains...just fantastic. Every morning we would wake up to the sun rising over the mountains. Even more impressive is the cabin is located right where you're far enough away from the bustle, but close enough to drive right into it if you're looking to cut loose. Brandon was an amazing host and kept in touch during our entire stay. If we needed anything, he was available to take care of us. An amazing time and I recommend to anyone looking to stay in Gatlinburg, TN.

Breathtaking Views and Gorgeous Property

This was my family's first time in Tennessee. I booked this property because of the views. BOOK THIS PROPERTY ASAP! The place was clean, spacious, cozy, and simple gorgeous. The view of the mountains were BREATHTAKING! Pigeon Forge was only 8-10 minutes away so there's LOTS of things to do and close to grocery stores for shopping. The host Brandon was very responsive and accommodating. By far one of the nicest hosts I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Me and my family with DEFINITELY book this place again next year for a longer stay. Thank you for making vacation one for the books Brandon!

Gorgeous Chalet with Stunning Mountain Views

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful chalet in the Smoky Mountains, and I can confidently say it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with magnificent, breathtaking views. The home was impeccably clean and well-maintained. With two spacious balconies and expansive windows throughout, we had plenty of space to soak in the stunning scenery.Our family of six, ages 1-7, thoroughly enjoyed the variety of entertainment options available. The arcade games, board games, and pool table kept everyone entertained for hours! The cozy ambiance of the two gorgeous fireplaces added warmth and charm to our evenings.Cooking in the open kitchen was a joy, especially with the amazing mountain views serving as our backdrop.Location-wise, this home couldn't be better! It was perfectly situated less than 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and Ober Mountain, making it easy for us to explore the area and enjoy all the attractions without the hassle of long drives.Overall, our stay here was nothing short of incredible. It provided the perfect combination of relaxation, fun, and family time in a stunning natural setting. We can't wait to return!

Amazing

Our recent stay in this Gatlinburg cabin was nothing short of spectacular! Nestled in the Smoky Mountains, the cabin offered breathtaking views that made every sunrise and sunset feel magical. The setting was peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to town to enjoy the local attractions, shops, and restaurants with ease. The cabin itself was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. It had all the modern amenities we needed while keeping that rustic, cozy charm. The spacious living area had a wonderful fireplace that added warmth and ambiance in the evenings, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook meals when we chose to stay in. One of the highlights was the hot tub on the deck, where we could soak and unwind while taking in the panoramic mountain views. We also loved the game room, which was perfect for some fun family competition and kept everyone entertained . The bedrooms were comfortable, with plush bedding and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and provided helpful tips on nearby hiking trails and attractions. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly enhanced our stay, making it a seamless and unforgettable getaway.

Beautiful Chalet!

Our entire group was thrilled with this home. The view is gorgeous as well as the house. We spent afternoons hanging on the upper deck and the nights on the lower deck in the hot tub looking at the stars. The house was immaculate and the nicest place we have ever stayed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay up in the mountains

Wonderful!

This beautiful property has a modern, open concept floor plan which allows plenty of room for families to enjoy a getaway together and have plenty of space for everyone. There are cozy living spaces with beautiful stone fireplaces and TVs upstairs and downstairs, as well as 3 large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The pool table, hot tub and large upper and lower decks were our favorite places to wind down and enjoy the sunset with unbelievable views of the mountain. Proximity to Gatlinburg is awesome, allowing easy access to downtown from either side. We could get to the National Park within minutes. We also saw bears every day on our drive to/from the house. 10/10 recommend you won’t regret it!!

Spectacular Views and Accomodations

We stayed early August 2024. The photos of the property don't do it justice. The views are truly spectacular. My family of 6 had everything we needed for a fun week in The Smokies. Check-in was smooth and the house was immaculate upon arrival. One note...You should definitely heed the warnings of the owner to lock up your vehicle and cabin doors to keep the curious bears away. We were good all week until the last night when my son left one of our minivan doors unlocked. Sure enough, a bear had opened our sliding passenger door and got into a small bag of trail mix. Fortunately, we caught him early and he was scared away by our van's panic button :)

We have stayed in over 100 VRBO properties from Lake Tahoe, Carmel-by the-Sea, Palm Springs, Cape Cod, Kemare Ireland, Edinburgh Scotland, and Lake Como Italy to name a few, and just as Ridgewood Retreat sits high on the hill so does its ranking as one of the most beautiful and picturesque homes we've ever had the pleasure to enjoy. There's a reason why this property has such rave reviews ... It is simply magnificence! .
