Sheets had dried blood on them. People staying next to us was smoking weed all night and if we had the air on, it was coming up into our room so we were smelling it all night/day. We were told we would have to call Gatlinburg PD because the hotel staff could not do anything about it. Slamming doors all night and a lot of screaming.

We absolutely loved the room we were given. This was not our first time at this location, and it will not be our last. It is such a convenient location for easy accessibility to the strip in Gatlinburg and many great restaurants.

We have stayed here many times, it is super convenient to downtown and everything is walkable. Was a little disappointed that the indoor pool and hot tub was closed. And there was no room cleaning and no breakfast.

Cute and Convenient

Everyone was super friendly and very informative. Location is WONDERFUL soooo many places within walking distance. Beautiful view and super cute little place. You can tell the place is older and got a pretty decent facelift. Parking is very very very tight. Not much you can do about that though

The floors were extremely dirty. The bottom of our feet would be black after walking barefoot. We did not have any coffee or creamer in our room when we checked in. We checked in late so our room had been ready for several hours. We had to go to the check in site to get these items. We did not have any paper towels or a trash bags in the room. The sink in the upstairs bath dripped. The sink itself had a chip and crack in it which looked horrible. My husband had a spider crawling on him and his pillow case smelled like cologne or perfume as if the pillow case had not been changed out. It was not our best place of stay. The location was good as to walking distance to everything. The location was good to see the New Year’s Eve display. The decor of the room could have been better but mostly we would have been happy just to have a clean room.

Easy access

The hotel is very centrally located and easy access to Gatlinburg. Great place, clean, friendly staff. The only complaint is that it needs updated and remodeled. Ants were coming into the bathroom thru the wall.
