The hotel exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast has some health options, which I appreciated.
We've stayed here twice now and will continue to come back. It's a little further out than staying right downtown but still walkable and a little quieter. The place is very welcoming and homey. We love it.
I stayed at this hotel for easy access to Great Smoky mountains National Park and I will definitely return to this hotel in the future. I was there for about a week, and the national park is so big I did not have time to finish all the hiking trails which were beautiful. Room was very comfortable and quiet and clean. Main shopping, dining area of Gatlinburg is within walking distance and took about 10 minutes to get to.
Excellent location, restaurant on one side and miniature golf on the other. Quiet. Nice rooms. It's a beautiful lodge and really liked the rustic decor. Stayed here before and no negative experiences other than I was told they had breakfast at 7:00, but for whatever reason, the lights were off and no one had prepared anything that I saw.
Cute property, love the hotel theme of the AT! Good value for rate. Good location. Traveling with 2 young kids, & 2- adults.
Pros: Checkin was quick & smooth. Customer service was great.
Cons: Slide was was under repair during stay & hot tub was out of service. Beds were basic.
Hot tub and water slide were both out of service during our stay but it wasn't a big deal. We stayed in Gatlinburg the whole time pretty much. Got breakfast before we checked out. It was good.
Hot tub was broken, fire pits were broken & the room felt clammy & there was black mold on the ceiling. Have stayed here before & it was much better. Place lacks maintenance & going downhill fast.
This place was great. The room was big and very clean. The breakfast was very good. It was in a beautiful area near the Smoky Mountain national park. Shops and restaurants in Gatlinburg were great. Would Definitely recommend.
