A beautiful and inviting 17+ acre oasis nestled in between Otsego and Treetops Golf/Ski Resorts and very close to Boyne Mountain and Shanty Creek. Designed and built with family and entertaining in mind. Private land away from neighbors. This splendid 6 bed and 4 bath home has all of the space and amenities you could desire including a chef's kitchen with new KitchenAid appliances, 2 dining rooms, 2 Napoleon gas fireplaces, a master ensuite bath with shower and jacuzzi tub, his and hers vanity and walk in closets, full finished walk out lower level featuring large family room, a billiards room and bar with full sink, Bosch dishwasher and beverage/wine fridge, dual zoned heating and cooling with thermostats on each floor, and main floor laundry with new LG washer and dryer. Enjoy panoramic views from the large 34'x12' main deck or head down to the lower patio to enjoy the 6 person luxury spa. Additional features are a large paved drive thru pole barn with horse stall and chicken coop, volleyball court, paved basketball court, driving range with distance flags up to 175 yards, berry bushes and fruit trees throughout property. Snowmobile trip

Had a great time at the house even though our snowmobile trip was cancelled due to lack of snow. Leslie responded very promptly with any question we had. House is very well appointed with a well stocked kitchen. We are going to try next year for another snowmobile trip and would definitely stay at this house again
