This small boutique hotel is run by a family. They are very nice people and very friendly. They always have tea or coffee for you. The hotel is in a very convenient area and walkable to the main spots of Gaziantep. Our room was a bit small. It was very new and clean. They opened only 4 months ago. My guess is they are still learning; there was only one roll of toilet paper in the room. It would be nice to leave a second roll for backup. Breakfast was included in the room; it wasn’t the best but it was ok. Overall I would recommend this boutique hotel; very safe (you have to ring the bell to get in) and very clean which is top priority for me.

Great location. Historic Boutique Hotel

We could not fault this small Ottoman mansion hotel. The location was very central for the Bazaar and cast which was closed! The rooms were recently, sympathetically renovated with excellent modern showerrooms. The good Turkish breakfast was served indoors or in the courtyard. There was tea available all day and night. Coffee was available whenever we asked. There was 24 hour reception. An excellent restaurant with music and alcohol a short walk away. Anyone who knows this region will know how unusual that is!!! I will definitely be back to the hotel and the restaurant.

Konak hakkında tarihi bilgi almak istediğimizde bazı çalışanların bu konuda hiç bilgi sahibi olmadığını üzülerek gördük. Kahvaltı hem miktar olarak hem çeşit olarak çok çok az. Maalesef doyurmuyor. Kahve içmek istediğimizde ücretli olduğunu öğrenip ona da şaşırdık. Temizlik olarak güzeldi. Ama diğer alanlarda memnun kaldığımız söylenemez.

Otel harika bir konağın restorasyonu adı altında katledilmesiyle kısa süre önce hizmete açılmış. Anlatılacak tek iyi yeri şehrin kale civarındaki tüm turistik yerlerine yürüyüş mesafesinde olması. Restorasyon faciası dışında işletmesi de berbat.. Gaziantep gibi bir yerde kahvaltı adı altında sunulan yemek korkunç.. Paketli bal/reçel ve tereyağı!! Yöresel hiç bir yiyecek yok, tam bir fiyasko.. Odalar konforsuz, dolaplar yetersiz, oturacak bir koltuk bile yok.. Bütün bunların üzerine çok pahalı.. Otantik bir yerde kalalım deyip Hilton fiyatı ödeyip bunlara maruz kalmak çok üzücü oldu. Yıldızlar birden başlıyor, sıfır olsaydı onu işaretlerdim.
