Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All pets must be vaccinated and regularly deflead before arrival to Santa Maria for both dog and public health. Leave used doggie bags in the bin near back outside door. Pets must be supervised.
Turn off back yard festoon lights when outdoor activities end.
On windy days please wind closed the outdoor umbrella, it can lift with the wind & hurt someone.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Hot Water - For all guests to have a comfortable stay and to ensure plenty of hot water for all, please limit shower times to under 7 minutes.
