The customer service is almost "ZERO" customer service, we try for hours to queue, only reach to a hotel staff , and give wrong advise and unable to check in. And we ask for ticket to queue for "human" counter to check, the number we took , need to wait for 100 plus next in line.
It is horrible!!!!
I saw some other guest also lose the patient, and make noise, and trigger the police come to the counter.
I almost want to give up to check in this hotel. But no choice, my kids is with me and all very tired of waiting. And we have incoming errand at the event hall in the next day.
This is Genting Group, and big conglomerates, the event been organize in this place, and we choose this hotel because it is convenient (same with the event place), please ensure you have hotel customer service to serve the guest facing difficulty to check in. It is very disappointed, especially we are always promote "GENTING HIGHLAND" to foreigners, which is shame experience ....
