The unit faces the airport. It is, literally, separated from the airport by a chain link fence. At first this was a turnoff, but as time passed, it became one of the unit’s assets. We would take the bench off our front stoop and carry it to the fence and watch the airplanes take off. The planes stopped flying in and out at a reasonable time so it wasn’t intrusive. As far as the neighborhood went, it certainly wasn’t high end, but it felt safe and, after a day or so, inviting. We met a lovely 9 year old boy who lived in the neighborhood who was friendly and delightful. The unit itself is small, but perfectly adequate for two people. It was very clean. The back yard was tiny and circumscribed by a wooden fence. We had a positive experience.

The stay was good, the apartment has everything you would need, parking available, even is very near to the airport runway, the noise is not a problem to rest well because the airport closes from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. The hosts always were pending in case any additional need.

Great visit!

We stayed for a week. It’s a great location and central to everything. Hard to find a good, clean place in Cayman at this price. Being so close to the airport is not a problem. Jets would go by once in a while, however, the airport closes at night. We were never waken up by jets ever. Cayman airport is small. I really appreciated the fact that the owners were close by and when we needed anything they immediately came over. They tried hard to make sure we we comfortable and the place is very clean. There are no washing machines or dryers on premises so if you need that you will have to find a laundromat. The kitchen and fridge are great, bathrooms are clean and wi-fi was fast and reliable. Bed was very comfortable and linens were good quality and clean. If you are looking for a stay in Cayman and don’t have the budgets for 7 mile beach resorts, this is the best option in my opinion.

Every thing we needed for a relaxing holiday space was clean fresh towels fridge stove all the cooking utensils u would need large tv internet all the comforts of home host was friendly and provided help when ever asked would recommend to any one made our vacation carefree thank u so much Lisa
