Shared bathroom and toilets

It is a flat like accommodation that bedroom guests share bathroom and toilet with others. It has no lift so one has to take his or her luggage up two sets of staircases. There is no reception and one can only contact the host through phone calls. It is however quite well located (close to Little India).

Would like the owner be clear for room description in website to avoid people inconvenience during the stay. For example : web pages mention private bathroom and free toiletries. But actual is shared bathroom.
