We enjoyed our stay here! We were able to check in early, provided with a welcoming gift, and throughout our stay all staff were accommodating. Our room was very spacious for 3 adults and had many toiletries. The bedding was quite comfortable. Continental breakfast buffet was quite limited for western food expect more Asian cuisine. Alwi always had a smile and was very helpful during breakfast time.

Really easy hotel to stay at. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of it. Staff were really helpful and it was cheap and easy for us to stay a few extra hours. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Comfortable beds and rooms.

The property is situated strategically where it is accessible by walking to the different destinations. The reception was helpful when help was required. The breakfast offers were not very good and they do not changed daily. They do not have a good spread of Chinese and western food.

Lovely place to stay. Walking distance to most attractions. Grab is very inexpensive. Happy hour beer is the best prices anywhere in town. Only downside for me was the bed was hard but the shower was great. Staff were outstanding.

The only thing that was a big disappointment was the breakfast. We didn't include it so paid for it and it was underwhelming and expensive for what you got quality-wise. The hotel itself, would definitely stay there again.
