We booked this reservation two days in advance, yet when we arrived and tried to check in, we were told the place was sold out. This is completely unacceptable—why take a reservation you can’t honor? When we asked to speak to a supervisor, we were told they would come in the morning. It was late at night—where were we supposed to go at that hour? To make things worse, instead of offering any help, the staff threatened to call security. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had.

Very sub-standard room. Not even close to what should be expected for a Deluxe King Room. Filthy carpet and the room and hallways. Elevators were painfully slow and compact making wait time very long. Dining options were shameful for a casino and parking is a nightmare. This was our 2nd attempt to like this property, miserable failure. We will try another property in the town if we are forced to be in that area again.

Very nice town Big hotel showing its age in casino Parking garage spaces were very small Our room (once we finally got there) was nice. Spacious, comfortable and clean. The check in process (despite having a reservation) was horrible. Staff was incompetent and unpleasant! We won’t be coming back.
