I told the Gentleman at checkin that it was my birthday so he tried to get me the room of my birthday, 711, which was occupied but he gave me 707:) i appreciated the effort. the valet is free if your staying there which is really nice! Elevators are fast and efficient and the pool, hot tub and upper deck are really amazing!!!

The monarch is excellent. The only weird thing about our stay was the buffet. They had this weird reservation system where they were taking names and numbers. We have our to them and they said “15 minutes”. We decided to go gamble a little so walked away for 5 minutes and then they called us. When not just have people wait there?

Good food even though half the restaurants were closed on Mondays and Tuesdays beautiful room. My hot tub was broken, but they rushed a guy up there to fix it and it worked out really well. My really picky girlfriend had a good time.
