While the apartment itself was clean, well-situated, and had great terrace views and parking, our experience was subpar due to missing amenities and terrible communication. The apartment lacked almost all basics: no dish soap, sponges, hand soap, drinking glasses, or kitchen towels. There was also no coffee maker or kettle, forcing us to boil water in a large pot just to make a hot drink. Worst of all, there wasn't a single trash can in the entire place, and one of the beds smelled strongly like someone had peed in it. Furthermore, the walls had UK outlets, but all provided appliances (toaster, blender, lamps) had EU plugs with no adapters. Communication was a headache. Originally promised a greeter, we instead received a last-minute photo of where to find the keys with minimal instructions to navigate a confusing maze of buildings. No garage entry info was provided; a guard had to let us in and told us to confirm our specific spot with management. It took multiple messages and a long time to actually get a response about this. Finally, no Wi-Fi info was left. When they eventually replied, they only sent the password, not the network. They completely ignored my follow-up, forcing me to manually test the password on every network down the list until one connected. Stay here for the location and parking, but bring everything you need since nothing will be provided.
