The day of checkout we were getting really annoyed. Housekeeping came at like 8 am when check out isn’t until 11 am. The front desk called at 10 am as check out isn’t until 11 am again… The area is super noisy so we kept getting woken up by cars honking, etc. If you're not checked out by 10:30 they’re already calling you again. The shower pressure was terrible, a lot of water kept getting out and soaked the floor, walls, etc. we had to keep asking for towels to dry it. We stayed here ultimately just to sleep as we had a party both weekend days and even the stay here to sleep wasn’t the best due to everything.

As soon as you walk in the room an overwhelming aroma will hit you but not in a good way. Had to put the air conditioning on full blast to have air circulating for it to be semi okay to be in the room. The “couch chair” had major black stains all over it. The roller chair had duck tape on the top of it. The closet space and shower needed a deep clean. The blackout curtains had holes in them so light shined through as soon as the sun came up. The mirror for the vanity was chipped in multiple places and the door to the bathroom had dents as if it was punched. Outside of the hotel seemed to be not a good neighborhood. The only reason why we stayed here was to be close to the Gilroy Gardens theme park. We will not be back to either place again…

Checkout was very uncomfortable.. owners were watching in the parking lot to see when guest where leaving, almost to make sure no one went over the ck out time, one on top floor and other on the parking.
