My only disappointment was the coffee machine in the bedroom and also coffee machine in the breakfast area was very slow so whilst queuing my breakfast was getting cold.

Very nice hotel, well located, but there are some issues that need addressing. The food at the restaurant is very disappointing especially at their price points. Service was sometimes good and sometimes bordering on rude. My credit card was charged for a “deposit” that was put thru even tho I did not charge anything to the room, and the hotel is now asking me to email them my “financial information “ so they can credit the account. Obviously I will not do that, but am unable to use my phone to call them as I am travelling and do not want to incur steep roaming fees. They need to provide much better customer service.
