Perfect day

From start to finish it was beautiful. Room was spotless Afternoon Tea was delicious. We had such goid weather yesterday too, siting outside having a few refreshments, then in to The St.Andews hospice ball at night. Breakfast was amazing too...would highly recommend this place, nothing is too much bother.

Wonderful! Brand new and so luxurious. Yet you could be casual and still feel welcome. Muddy shoes and all…just took them off so the carpet didn’t get wrecked. Tub in the room was fantastic and the bed super comfortable.

We found that the food wasn't hot most of the time. We didn't see the value for the money spent for our 2 night stay. The staff were excellent and the property was new and wonderful.

The new extension at Crossbasket is cozy and it is wonderful to explore the castle grounds. Be prepared that the hotel rates are not for staying in the castle itself but for the modern extension across the parking lot

A very nice hotel, 30 minutes drive from Glasgow Airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the new building that was opened in March. Excellent breakfast that is cooked to order.

Outstanding stay at this Castle. We stayed here in Oct overnight on a 2 week trip thtough Ireland and Scotland and wish we stayed another night.The staff was great and very attentive, our room was very nice amd luxurious, we loved the turn down service. Dinner was fantastic and definitely one of the better dinners on our trip. We went for a few walks around the estate and its gorgeous from the small paths to the stream. I highly recommend staying here, we will come here again if we come back through.
