Comfortable clean hotel close to hydro armadillo etc and nearby bars and restaurants in finnieston. Although didn't use breakfast service friends have on previous stays and recommended as good selection of quality ingredients.

Great location for O2 hydro. Breakfast great but had to pay an extra £10 each- would have felt better if £20 added on at time of booking. Room needs a little paint but generally for 1 night the location and stay was perfect.

Although the property was clean, the rooms are in a state of mild disrepair - damp patches, crumbling plaster, loose toilet seat. It was convenient and clean which were it’s saving grace!

We had added and paid for breakfast during our booking, and it was clearly listed in the amenities section. However, the staff informed us that breakfast was not included. Fortunately, they kindly provided us with free breakfast as a gesture of goodwill. It seems there might be an issue with Expedia’s system, and I hope they can fix it to prevent similar misunderstandings for future guests and hotel staff.

Filthy towels, pillows with questionable stains on them, cold room even when radiator turned up as the hot water is seemingly being restricted. Room was very old and worn out with a huge gap under the door and no security lock on the door. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and wobbly. No iron in the room. Soap dispenser was broken in the shower. Noise throughout the night from a party in a nearby room and slamming doors all through the night.

Staff were nice and welcoming upon arrival. My room was on the top floor so quite a lot of stairs (no lift), was not an issue for me but those less mobile/with heavy luggage would struggle. Room was clean but very dated. Bed was pretty comfortable and wifi decent. I did not shower but the shower head is stuck on the wall so good luck if you don't want your hair wet. No shampoo provided. My room faced the road so that was a bit noisy but not to the extreme and slept quite well. Location is very handy for Hydro (main reason I stayed there) and also getting to the city center by bus (it takes about 25min to walk).

NO ELEVATOR 4 FLOORS

There is NOT AN ELEVATOR and there are 4 floors. They don't have anyone to help with luggage either. We were in an attic room on the 4th floor. The carpet smelled of throw up and the room overall very very out dated. The only place to put our suitcases while having them open was on the floor. The shower water temperature didn't stay at a continuous temperature. Bed was uncomfortable. The room is oddly shaped and has several low ceiling spots. The only positive is that it's at a great location for wonderful restaurants. There is a Best Western about a block away on the same street. The app won't let me add pictures.
