On the positive side - Great Access - easy to park on street nearby. Roughly half an hour from Manchester Airport by car. Really comfy beds and pillows and everything lovely and clean with beautifully clean/fresh sheets and towels too. Great atmosphere - especially for younger stayers with many of home comforts available - eg playstation computer access, ping pong, snooker, etc. On the negative side - quite a bit of noise and banging of doors between 1am and 4am which woke me up several times. BUT, I think this is more about the door closures than anything else as other people seemed to be having the same problem - that the doors just would not close without slamming them closed/pulling them really hard so anyone coming in late at night would really struggle to come in quietly without disturbing other guests. Maybe an en masse task for maintenance to work through adjusting th door closers/locks over time? :-)

Spot on location right in the heart of Merchant city. For a hotel the bar prices are comparable with any bar around.The food in the hotel is also excellent( we ate and drank downstairs not sure about the sky bar ).Really friendly staff and only too willing to help.

The location was very convenient as I was within walking distance of a lot of things. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the staff so nice and helpful. The hotel itself with the ping pong tables and pool tables is vibrant and active. Just an all around great experience!

Great location but poor sleep

A very well located hotel, and nice rooms but incredibly loud when in rooms I expected the hotel to have a vibe given the name but didn't expect the rooms to be soooo loud.
