Explore the charm of the Roaring Fork Valley from this 2BD 2BTH Cozy Cottage in the heart of downtown Glenwood Springs!
Less than a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants in town center! Enjoy the liveliness of a mountain town and escape to your quaint single family home just blocks away for a good nights rest!
Enjoy hot springs, skiing/snowboarding areas, hiking trails, biking, shopping, rafting, ice skating, Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, fishing and MORE near by!

The unit has plenty of space and has some great character to it. It is an older home, as many homes in downtown Glenwood are. (The older homes have the best location!). That being said, this home has some older home quirks. There is some mild floor sloping. The unit has recently upgraded bathrooms, floors, and appliances. We are often upgrading and improving this unit for our guests!
We do not have centralized AC. Most older homes in Glenwood Springs do not have Centralized AC. We do have cooling options available in the home (portable AC units, fans etc).
The house is a duplex and guests have access to the entire front unit that is accessed off of Pitkin Ave. The yard and separate back unit are occupied with a long term renter so please do not enter the yard or back unit and please be respectful of them.
We live in town and are available to answer questions via phone and email. We are also able to come to property if needed. We always appreciate guests sharing with us directly through messaging what they enjoyed or what they think we may be able to improve in our home for future stays!
Parking: Directly to the left of the house on 10th street and on Pitkin Ave after 10th street there is 24 hour free parking. There is 2 hour free daytime parking directly in front of the house on Pitkin Ave between 9th and 10th street. This parking is free 24 hour overnight.
