Bad service rude staff ,the pool was not working no towels the TV didn't work never in my life I had a bad service in a Rodeway motels not recommended too many addicts around smell like pissed in the elevator

Bathroom was so moldy we had to shower somewhere else, lamp shade was stained and had a hole in it, paint missing from walls, toilet wouldn't stop flushing, the promised free wifi was not working, bugs, bed was extremely stiff. Thank goodness my girlfriend and I only needed this dump for 1 night.

The room was dirty the bathtub had hair in it floor was dirty , bathroom also had few towels microwave is rusty refrigerator was also crappy outdated TV bathroom shower curtain was dirty and disgusting would never come to this place again

The pictures on your site are way different from the current Hotel or Motel. You need to make sure you check every Hotel before you put it on Expedia. This was the worst experience I've had in my life. At the time, I had no other choice but to stay, as it was the first time in the area. I did not use the restroom as it was so dirty, I had to walk to KFC to use their restroom, and I did not take a shower. I can't believe you have this Hotel on Expedia. I will be calling you, as I think I would like a refund. Dave Soto

The room was not in good condition. It looked like blood on the wall in the bathroom & toilet stayed clogged up the whole time. We only had a king room with 3 flat pillows & when I asked for a couple more, I was told I already had 3 & was looked at like I had 3 heads. I would describe this room as a place to lay my head & leave it at that.

My son and I never even went to bed the first night. We couldn’t sleep. There were bugs everywhere, body discretions under the sheets. Even the walls were dirty. We had already made plans to shower at a planet fitness because the shower was disgusting. Outside our room was a woman asking for money, she was on drugs. I didn’t realize that this was “that” kind of hotel. Nonetheless, we left around 1:40am on the first night. Now im trying to figure out how to get my money back.

I booked two rooms through Expedia and when I tried to check in I was told only one room was booked,the clerk was absolutely no help with this issue and told me to call Expedia,getting through to Expedia was impossible and I never did get to talk to anyone,I finally had to book a second room for a much higher price than the one I agreed to,I will never use Expedia.com or stay at this dump of a motel again.
