Schönes Haus Service für den Preis Enttäuschend.

Schade Den Vermieter konnten wir nicht erreichen.Alles läuft über die Reinigungsfirma…Unsere Ankunft lief leider nicht wie erwartet..eigentlich hieß es ab 16 Uhr können wir einchecken…tatsächlich durften wir erst 20 Uhr ins Haus,da die Reinigungsfirma erst dann geputzt hatte…Was mir sofort unangenehm aufgefallen ist war das noch Laken auf den Matratzen waren und Pullerlaken(Matratzenschoner) auf einem Laken war noch ein angetrockneter Blutfleck und ein Haar…alle Schoner sahen durchgewühlt und etwas schmutzig aus.Eigentlich sollten auch Handtücher vorhanden sein…zumindest hatten wir diese bezahlt…nur leider waren bei unserer Ankunft keine zu finden.Nachdem ich das bei der Firma angesprochen hatte passierte lange Zeit gar nichts gegen 23 Uhr sah ich das sie geschrieben hatten und tatsächlich lagen sie nun in einem Wäschekorb sauber gestapelt vor der Haustür.Im laufe des nächsten Tages viel auf ,da unser Toilettenpapier leer war, dass kein Ersatz Toilettenpapier vorhanden war auch einen Lappen zum Tisch abwischen oder Fitt haben wir vergeblich gesucht.Wir haben wieder bei der Firma angerufen und eine Nachricht per WhatsApp hinterlassen.Die Reaktion wirklich vergessen?fitt ist nicht inklusive…erst am Ende des dritten Tages hatten wir endlich alles da. Die Matratzen sollten erneuert werden(sehr durchgelegen)Türen die nicht schließen,Eingangstür Beschlag lose,fehlende oder zu alte Fliegengitter.Schimmel in den Fugen der Dusche…Kein guter Empfang Schlechte Komunikation.
